Welcome to Heritage Landing

Heritage Landing is a new gated resort community built by Lennar on Burnt Store Rd. in Punta Gorda, just five miles south of U.S 41. Golfers from all around are drawn to the community’s 18 Hole Course designed by well known Landscape Architect Gordon Lewis, who has designed more than 80 golf courses. The community features several home styles, including several styles of multi-family residences, maintenance free estate homes, and smaller single family dwellings. Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program provides customers with standard granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, WI-FI Certified homes, and residences built to new hurricane standards, including impact doors and windows.
 

Community has 6 Collections of Home Styles:

  • Executive Homes: This collection of homes includes the smallest single family home plans, ranging from 1,850 sqft. to 2,200 sqft. This collection of homes is perfect for those who are looking for a detached residence at a slightly lower price point, or just want less space to maintain. Floorplans include The Victoria, The Angelina, The Isabella, and The Maria. 
  • Manor Homes: Manor homes offer more elbow room, often with private pools and three-car garages. Plans includes The Princeton, The Stanford and the extremely popular Summerville model. 
  • Estate Homes: This is the largest of the single family home options, featuring private pools and three-car garages. Heritage Landing has begun building The Napoli II plan along with the Bougainvillea II plan. 
  • Coach Homes: The largest of the condominium types, the Coach Homes are a nice maintenance free option for those who still require a two-car attached garage. These spacious condos have two plans - the Arrowhead (downstairs | 3 BR / 2BA | 1,741 sqft), and the Bay Creek (upstairs walk-up | 3BR / 2 BA | 2,110 sqft.).
  • Veranda Condominiums: Veranda Condominiums are the mid-size condo option, with two-bedroom floorplans - The Bromelia, the Diangelo, and the Arabella (end unit). These two story buildings feature ground floor units and walk-up condos, along with one-car garages. 
  • Terrace Condominiums: These tower-style condos range in size from 1,120 sqft. to 1,301 sqft., and are a good option for those looking for a more affordable maintenance-free second home. Floor Plans include The Arbor, The Birkdale, and The Carolina, with each residence assigned one covered parking spot plus open guest parking.
