About Vivian Tsovolos

Vivian is a Punta Gorda native — born and raised right here, and proud to call it home. As a first-generation American, with parents who immigrated from Greece, she grew up with a strong sense of family, hard work, and heart, values she carries into everything she does.

Vivian earned her bachelor's degree from FIU in Miami, studying philosophy and political science with a minor in business management on a pre-law track, before deciding to pursue real estate instead and moving back home to Punta Gorda.

In May 2023, Vivian stepped away from real estate for a few years to run her father's restaurant after his passing, before returning to the career she loves.

Outside of work, you'll find her at the gym, out on nature trails, at the beach, or spending time with her dog. She's family-oriented at her core, and loves baking and anything creative — arts and crafts are a favorite outlet.

Vivian treats every client like family. She leads with respect, honesty, and trust, and she always goes to bat for her people, whether that's clients, friends, family, or anyone who needs a hand. She brings a glass-half-full attitude to everything she does, along with the determination and confidence to get the job done. Her approach is rooted in humility, kindness, and generosity, with the quiet strength to be firm when it's needed most.
