Originally from Western New York, Kelly, her husband, and their two dogs have made Southwest Florida their full-time home. Before transitioning into residential sales, Kelly built a 25+ year career as a licensed real estate appraiser, owning and operating her own appraisal company. This extensive background provides her clients with a distinct advantage. She brings a deep understanding of market value, pricing strategy, comparable sales, and property conditions, allowing buyers and sellers to move forward with confidence and clarity.
