About Jennifer Spence

Offering 20 years of well-rounded, real estate industry experience, I pride myself on being a dedicated professional with a passion for offering top-notch customer service to clients. Specializing in land, new construction, and residential sales, I have a proven track record with developers, home builders, buyers, and sellers, and I am passionate about results-driven success. As a Broker-Associate with a focus on Transaction Coordination, I manage all transaction activities from listing to closing. Under my guidance, every client is expertly represented throughout the buying and selling process.

 

Before transitioning into becoming a NAR member, I worked in property accounting and property management. In these roles, I gained valuable knowledge that laid the foundation for my real estate career. Property management requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to effectively market and sell the attributes of a home, and patience in being a good problem solver - all of which help me today to achieve my clients’ real estate goals.

 

Most recently, I relocated from Washington State to Southwest Florida, together with my husband Jerry. We are both real estate investors and parents to five beautiful children with one grandchild on the way. I am passionate about nature, adventure, fitness and health.
