Meet Britany
Originally from the Hudson Valley area of New York, Britany Sabillon moved to Southwest Florida six years ago. In 2019, she became a Licensed NAR member and has since sold $18 million of real estate, from Bonita Springs to North Port.
Britany initially worked as a Broker's Assistant to learn the ins-and-outs of real estate marketing, and continues to use this knowledge to expertly market her properties. Additionally, she worked as a Transaction Coordinator's Assistant where she learned how to write and oversee contracts, customer timelines, closing procedures, and more.
Britany loves real estate because of the opportunities she has to meet clients from all walks of life. She feels that real estate challenges her every day in unique ways. Britany especially enjoys working with clients who are buying their first retirement home in Florida, after dreaming about it for many years. Britany prides herself on working exceptionally well with buyers who are out of town during their transaction process - ensuring that they are kept in the loop, having fun, and feel like they are present, even from afar.
In her spare time, you can find Britany traveling and spending quality time with her husband and dog, Kona. She also loves to read, attend concerts, and watch baseball.
